Return Policy

At Jaymart, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

General Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Please ensure that the item is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Electronic, Fashion and Comfort, Hair Accessories, Home Appliances, Kids Accessories, Kitchen Appliances, Kitchen Gadgets, Perfumes, Plastic, Skin Care, and Toys

  • Due to the nature of these products, certain items may be subject to specific return conditions. Please refer to the guidelines below:
    • Electronics: Must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories included.
    • Fashion and Comfort, Hair Accessories, Kids Accessories, Skin Care, and Perfumes: Clothing and accessories must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, skincare products and perfumes must be unopened.
    • Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Kitchen Gadgets, Plastic, and Toys: Must be returned in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@jaymart.pk
  • Once your return is approved, you will be provided with a return authorization number (RMA).
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Jaymart error.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process.
