Exchange Policy

At Jaymart, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Items eligible for exchange must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required for all exchanges.

Items Excluded from Exchange:

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized or customized items, and clearance items, are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@jaymart.pk within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return shipment.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
  4. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility for exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to you promptly. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you a comparable alternative or issue a refund for the returned item(s).

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
